STEP 1. Strenthening the body with the essentials

Try for a week...
Avoid simple carbohydrates, refined sugars and grains, because they increase insulin production.
High levels of insulin inhibit the conversion of essential fatty acids to anti-inflammatory chemical messengers. The result is chronic inflammation and weaker immunity!
