Cardiovascular disease(s)
A bit of Knowledge can lead to Prevention

Cradiovascular disease is still the leading cause of death in western civilization, in the United States 1 in every 4 of us will die of heart related issue. So, it makes sense to do what we can to reduce our risk of becoming one of the "one in four" statistics.

The first thing to do
Go to any Walgreens and purchase a "Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor".

  1. Control your blood pressure daily at about the same time and when you feel relax.
  2. Understand and manage "Oxydation of cholesterol" and "Inflammation" (read below).
  3. Manage Stress
  4. Stay at a healthy weight.
  5. Eat a healthy diet.
  6. Get regular exercise or at least walk every day and do your deep breathing!
  7. Limit alcohol.
  8. Don't smoke.

Low Blood Pressure and High Blood Pressure are both to be taken very seriously!

Possible Solutions For Blood Pressure

It reduces inflammation and helps normalize blood pressure. The combination is a corrective for a wide range of circulation complaints including both high and low blood pressure.  It is especially helpful for those who are weak and debilitated.
Ginkgo enhances peripheral circulation and improves blood flow to the brain. It also helps prevent blood clots from forming. General strengthening for effects of aging.
This product was developed to support the Circulatory System and blood pressure readings exceeding 140 over 90

Second: Understanding Cholesterol
Cholesterol is much needed! Healthy cholesterol should be between 200 and 250 mg/dL. Cholesterol below 175 is too low and can cause serious health risks.

The following can help to lower cholesterol when it is too high.
Fiber in the diet helps to reduce cholesterol levels for a couple of reasons. First, it binds toxins in the gut and secondly it binds to cholesterol being released in the bile to prevent it from being reabsorbed.
The following have been shown to have this effect: LOCLO or Psyllium Hulls Combination.
Fiber and good fats are the first, and most important, approaches to regulating high cholesterol. Other effective aids to lowering cholesterol include Red Yeast Rice which should be taken with Co-Q10.
Anyone on statin drugs should also be taking CO-Q10.

Possible Solutions If Cholesterol Too High

LOCLO contains both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber stimulates the liver to give up stored cholesterol for eventual elimination. Insoluble fiber passes through the digestive system nearly intact, absorbing toxins during transit and encouraging normal bowel movement.
Helps the body with cholesterol levels and may help to support cardiovascular health. It provides bulk to the diet.
The hulls absorb several times their weight in liquid. Psyllium has high amounts of soluble fiber that has a mucilaginous quality.
Vital for cellular energy & cardiovascular health. Co-Q10 helps reduce oxidative stress on cells throughout the body and especially contributes to the health of the heart, kidneys, liver and pancreas. It is also known for its antioxidant properties and for its support of already-normal-range blood pressure levels.

Cholesterol plays a very important role in our body. The primary use of cholesterol (60-80%) is to make bile for the digestion of fats.
Cholesterol is also used to make adrenal and reproductive hormones and to sequester toxins in the body.

It is the oxydation of cholesterol in the bloodstream that injures the blood vessel lining and causes inflammation. As the "oxidised cholesterol plaques" become larger, they start to close off the blood vessels, which limits the oxygen supply to the brain (stroke), heart, and limbs.

Third: Understanding "oxidative stress" (the # 1 cause of heart issues and inflammation)
Maybe we should call this "oxidation" and compare its action to that of an apple you cut in half. What do you notice? It turns brown. That is oxidation at work. Free radical damage causes the apple to start to decay.
Inside the body, oxidative stress means that cell membranes get damaged and rusty, while internal cellular pieces like damaged DNA and other debris accumulate, affecting nearby cells. It’s like garbage that’s not taken away, so it builds up, leading to inflammation. Oxidative damage will also give rise to arterial plaque, causing heart disease and increasing the risk of strokes.

What causes "oxidative Stress"?

Smoking, drinking alcohol, and taking prescription drugs.
Eating, particularly animal-derived protein and fat, and non-plant based carbs.
Ingesting pesticides from produce, or antibiotics and hormones in animal products.
Eating processed foods with artificial flavorings and dyes.
Exposure to pollution and toxins in water, air, or in personal care products.
Trauma or injury to muscle, bone, skin, and connective tissue.
Muscle-damaging anaerobic training (temporary decrease in muscle force production, a rise in passive tension, increased muscle soreness and swelling)
Endurance exercise.

Without the aid of antioxidants, oxidation can damage DNA, causing cells to mutate and become cancerous. Without antioxidants, free radicals can damage brain tissue, leading to Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease or senility. In short, antioxidants are Nature’s anti-aging compounds, protecting us from diseases associated with aging.

Possible Solutions To Reduce Oxidation

This antioxidant supplement may help slow oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals in the body. Antioxidants can help repair and prevent damage to cells and genetic material.
A potent antioxidant, curcumin supports a healthy inflammatory response and may help with weight loss as well as support the skeletal, circulatory, digestive and immune systems
CoQ 10 deficiencies are being discovered in a wide range of problems including heart diseases, diabetes, immune deficiency, obesity, high blood pressure, gum disease, ulcers, allergies, reduced mental function, and muscular dystrophy.

Fourth: Fat is NOT all that bad

What has blown the whole high fat equals heart disease myth is the discovery of cultures (such as Mediterranean and Eskimo) that have both high fat diets and low incidence of heart disease.
Part of the secret is an essential fatty acid called Omega-3, an essential fatty acid in short supply in most western diets.
Taking omega-3 fatty acids actually reduces the risk of heart disease.

Good & Bad Fats
Besides omega-3 supplements, use other good fats. Butter from organically raised, grass-fed cows is a very healthy fat. So is organic, virgin coconut Oil.
The medium chain saturated fats in these oils are the preferred fuel of the heart and are also important for your immune system.

The "3 Essentials"
(For most common health issues: visit this page)

1. Our very existence is dependent upon the body's ability to utilize minerals because minerals activate enzymes! More about minerals
2. Digestive Enzymes: If food is not digesting properly, it creates waste that builds up downstream in the colon... an open door to toxicity & diseases! More Info
3. Probiotics: "Friendly gut bacteria play a crucial role in preventing diseases, from cancer to obesity". Dr. Robynne Chutkan M.D. More info
