Epstein Barr Virus (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, CFS)
By Steven Horne, RH (AHG) & Kimberly Balas, ND

Chronic infection with the Epstein-Barr virus creates severe lack of energy, lymphatic swelling, muscle aches and sleep disturbances.

CFS, once more by many holistic practitioners is believed to be caused by either a virus and or overgrowth of yeast as well as a potential problem with food allergies. I would highly suggest you get someone to muscle test you on yeast, and foods like wheat, corn, eggs, milk, oats.

Check the liver and small intestine (check for leaky gut). You might want to consider the IN.FORM 13 weeks program!

Anti-viral (like VS-C or Colloidal Silver, Olive Leaf) and anti-fungal products (like yeast/fungal detox, or para-cleanse) should be checked to see how the body responds.

VS-C is helpful for low-grade viral infections, but is indicated primarily for conditions where there is excess heat in the body. Trigger Immune is an alternative choice here because it is for weakened immunity coupled with cold, weakness and fatigue. L-Lysine also helps some low-grade viral conditions. Other possible remedies include the products listed below.

Below is a list of suggested products. Those in bold are key products for the health issue explained on this page.
