PEACH LEAF EXTRACT
Amygdalis persica
Properties: Diuretic, emollient, expectorant, laxative, nervin,
sedative, stomachic.
Parts Used: Leaves and bark.
Historical Uses:
Peach Leaves and Bark have always had an excellent reputation
in traditional medicine.
They have been employed in the treatment of urinary disorders,
stomach ailments, insomnia, nervousness, nausea,
whooping cough, ordinary coughs, and bronchitis.
Many renowned herbalists have used Peach Leaf to fight off bad
breath and as an application to the scalp to stimulate
hair growth.

Adverse reactions: None.
Dosage: As a stomach tonic, 40 drops in a little
water before meals.
For urinary complaints, 40 drops after each meal or three times
per day with a glass of water.
