Scarlet Pimpernel is a popular herbal remedy. It is said to be an excellent digestaid and it is very effective to help prevent gas.
It has been used to treat various ailments, including urinary inflammation and renal calculi, liver and spleen disorders, gout, dropsy, and rheumatism.
It is also employed in the treatment of fever and common cold.

Contraindications: Avoid both excessive doses and use over prolonged periods.
