The liquid form is especially helpful with infants.
Adults can enjoy improved digestion as well.
Adjust amount as appropriate:
Infants: 3-5 drops;
Children: 1/2 dropper;
Adults: 1-2 droppers.
If you are nursing, the fennel stimulates milk production and will carryover
to the baby.
Although the flavor is mild enough for an infant, you can also rub the liquid
on baby's back and abdomen to relieve colic. Also try some on the back of
the tongue to expel painful gas or control hiccups.
Catnip may calm the nervous system by way of the stomach where many say
the seat of emotions resides.
