Some "common sense" remarks regarding health in general:
• Eat live foods so that its nutrients can "feed" your cellular system, source of all energy.
• Balance your pH... nothing works properly in an acidic or an alkalyne environment. It has to be properly balanced. It can be achieved by eating a balanced diet (20% acidic - 80% alkaline).
• Eliminate all body "wastes" twice a day (once a day is the minimum).
• Use a gentle herbal colon and liver "Cleanse" at least "3" times a year.

• Take daily your "bifidophilus" a source of friendly bacteria. It will help prevent parasites, candida, yeast etc.
