Water helps nearly every part of the human body function. Considering that our bodies are almost two-thirds water, understanding water's important role in the body can be a fountain of health. The following are just some of the things water does in the body: |

Water needs to be viewed as a living thing and only then can we begin to understand what it really is, and how it affects life. For this very reason we would never use distilled water or water that has been treated by reverse osmosis for a footbath treatment. People who consume large amounts of distilled or reverse osmosis water run the risk of becoming anemic and low on energy because the damaged water will take your energy in an effort to try to reanimate itself. There's a big difference between dead water and living water.
Energy Experimentation (The power of live water)
For anyone who has doubts about the power of water to give life, think about dried almonds for example, a dry lifeless almond. Place half a cup of dried almonds in a jar. Fill that jar with regular water, put the lid on and wait approximately 6 hours. With the addition of water the almonds begin to swell, taking in the water. The almond becomes frantic with energy, so much energy it even produces heat. Suddenly life comes into existence with a life force one can easily measures where there was none before.
Correctly Hydrated Body
1. It is important you understand that the Foot Bath treatment is about water and energy. If your body is not hydrated then you don't have the proper balance of water in your body. When you drink water and it gets absorbed into your body the water becomes like an electrolyte solution. The major part of your blood, the river of life that flows through you, is salty water. Therefore, correct hydration helps to ensure that the energy is going to flow to all parts of your body properly.
2. Minerals (1 Tsp of Mineral Chi prior to a footbath session)
Balance whole-body liquid energy tonic. Mineral Chi tonic combines minerals with Potassium and adaptogenic Chinese herbs to build and balance energy flow in the body.
