*** Before any session, it is best to drink a full glass of Celtic or Evian water.

*** After a session drink a tsp of Mineral Chi mixed with a glass of mineral water.

A footbath session can assist the body by giving it a useable energy boost. Such a session is dependent on two parts:
An electrical input to stimulate the water and the water that is used.
The electrical stimulus causes the water to become excited and produce the energy that your body absorbs and uses, providing we use a reasonable quality water. Do not use distilled water, or water that has been processed by reverse osmosis.

A footbath session only requires about 30 minutes of your time every two days. Setting up to receive the treatment and cleaning up afterwards takes less than a few minutes. A footbath session is not painful, and is generally found to be relaxing while in progress. Remember it's just water so there are no nasty side effects. The two most popular type of sessions are full body bathing
and bathing the feet in a footbath. Both treatments take about 30 minutes.


Footbath vs Full Body Bath

Full body bathing

Add 2 Tbsp (or more) of Sea Salt to a full bath and carefully place the "water module" in the water. (As you hand mix the salt in the bathtub check the digital reading on your unit, do not go above 3.0 amps)

For general health, this is always the best option because the energy is directly available to all parts of the body that are submerged in the water. Direct contact of the skin with the water is beneficial and helps to have a cleansing effect in the area of contact. Foreign material such as dirt trapped in the outer layers of the skin generally comes out during a session and is often seen in the water afterwards.

Recommendation: For your first full body bath DO NOT stay in the water for more than 10 minutes. Reason: your body might detox too fast and you might feel uncomfortable. As your body gets use to the full body bath, you can increase the time gradually to 30 minutes.


Footbath

In certain circumstances for problems with the legs, ankles and feet, the treatment method that should be tried first would be the footbath. Using the footbath makes the energy entry point the feet, with the energy then traveling up through the legs giving the feet, ankles and legs first access to the energy. The energy not utilized by the lower part of the body will then travel to the other parts of the body.

The same applies to problems with the arms, elbows and hands; try to make the problem area the entry point for the energy.
