Body Balance Systems - Limited Warranty

The Body Balance System Renovati limited warranty covers parts and labor for a period of 5 years from the date of your purchase. The warranty does not cover serviceable items, such as the fuses in the power supply or used arrays (water modules).

The Warranty does not cover the following:
Accidental breakage or abuse, lightning damage, using the equipment other than for its intended purpose, using the equipment beyond the guidelines supplied. Water damage to the power supply. If the equipment is left plugged in between uses or damaged by a power surge.

Warranty is void if Body Balance System Renovati Cleanse main controller box is opened.

The Body Balance System Professional footbath technology is only sold for the uses authorized in the country where it is sold. The manufacturer and distributor do not directly or indirectly provide advice for medical conditions, nor do they assume responsibility for those who treat themselves.

The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated the Body Balance System Renovati Cleanse footbath. This footbath unit is not intended to prevent, cure, treat, or diagnose disease.

Returns & Warranty Returns

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA number. Any return sent back without an RMA number will be refused or returned to you.

A. if returning for warranty repair please call 407-253-2202 and ask for your RMA number.

B. Write your RMA number on the box and on a note on the inside of the box with your return address and problem. Be sure to include a detailed description of the problem you might be experiencing.

C. Return by traceable carrier to:
BBS, 3834 Commerce Loop
Orlando, FL 32808.

BBS is not responsible for returned equipment lost by carriers. Please insure you package for full value as BBS is not responsible for lost packaged when returned to BBS.

D. Damaged equipment will be repaired and a 20% repair fee deducted from your refund.

E. If returning for a refund, you will have to notify your original distributor for your refund. If you purchased the system from BBS you will need to follow the directions above and include your original order date and name the order was under and that you are requesting a refund.

F. Any returns received more than 30 days from original delivery date will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
